Major work on yachts involves frequent decisions that can impact your project from a cost, schedule or outcome perspective. Coordination of these decisions requires oversight on the owner’s behalf. This is where OMM’s professional project managers come in. 

We represent you, the owner with expertise in managing large scale projects as well as yacht structure and operations. We don’t take the place of Naval architects, surveyors or specialty craftsmen. We work with you, the owner and those specialists so your interests are maintained and the project stays on track. You will receive routine status reports and progress descriptions as well as be briefed on areas where your input is required. This keeps your commitment as low as possible, while keeping the projects outcome to your greatest benefit.
